A Gururaj conceptualized the idea of Knowledgeworks and providing quality linguistic services from India. The vision from the start was always to be a global service provider, which Knowledgeworks has achieved. Guru has over 17 years diverse cross functional experience including a stint at Compaq in sales and marketing in India and SAARC countries and also at BAAN. His core competency is thinking outside-the-box and delivering solutions for every practical problem. Guru is today driving the company towards being in the top 10 linguistic services providers in the world.
Guru is an engineering graduate from Mysore University with specialization in electronics and communication.
Padma B.G., Chief Operating Officer
From the day of inception, Padma B.G. has played a key role in nurturing and growing Knowledgeworks. She previously worked for 11 years with Unilever Industries as a research scientist. Padma leads and manages the worldwide operations of Knowledgeworks. Aside from being responsible for achieving profitable growth, Padma is also responsible for ensuring our clients are “delighted” with their projects and our service. Being a person with an eye for detail, she has ensured that Knowledgeworks has grown to what it is today and continues to build key differentiators for the company.
Padma holds a post graduate degree from Annamalai University.

Bob Myers joined Knowledgeworks in May 2011 as Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the company’s strategic growth efforts and ensure that Knowledgeworks is operationally structured to support this growth. Prior to joining Knowledgeworks, Bob was Chief Operating Officer at globalization solution provider Moravia Worldwide. Before this, he spent close to 20 years leading and consulting with localization and internet companies on globalization and technology strategy. Bob founded Pacifitech Corporation in Japan, which was later acquired by Bowne Global Solutions (BGS), where he stayed on as Executive Vice President in charge of the localization business line worldwide.
A native of the United States, Bob is fluent in Japanese and English and has worked in Japan, the U.S., Czech Republic and now in India for Knowledgeworks. He holds a BS in Mathematics of Computation from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and did doctoral studies at The University of Tokyo.
Sudarshan S K, Head of Sales
Sudarshan S K started his stint at our parent company Valuepoint Systems 18 years ago. Today he heads sales for Valuepoint Knowledgeworks. Sudarshan has been instrumental in managing small. medium and large enterprise clients. He is the driving force in the Knowledgeworks sales organization and has successfully managed many client relationships over a decade with a high degree of customer retention. Sudarshan holds a Diploma in Computer Science Engineering.

Veena Venkatesh is vastly experienced human resource professional with 22 years of aggregated experience and 15 years in design, development and delivery of various skill based, competency based and Leadership Development programs. She has completed her post graduation in Botany from Bangalore University and B.Ed in Communication skills from ICFAI. She is a certified Executive Coach from InsideOut(USA) and Institute for Human Potential for skill based human resource management.
Over the span of her career, she has acquired immense expertise in various domains like IT, ITES, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing Industries and Educational Institutions.

He is also a certified Business Analyst holds a Bachelor’s he has also done his Cisco Certified Network Associate and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from IIHT, Bangalore. Vikram currently heads the complete operations of voice based services at Knowledgeworks.
